Hansab IT Solutions took part Ingenico Paytech 2026 Conference in Vienna
VIENNA, Austria –Ingenico’s annual partner conference Paytech 2026 held from February 9–11. Among the partners gathered in Vienna was also participating Hansab IT Solutions OÜ, representing the Hansab.
The headline of the event was the official launch of the AXIUM NextGen payment device family and the Ingenico 360 unified cloud platform
AXIUM NextGen
The new AXIUM portfolio marks a significant shift toward a “unified architecture.” Unlike previous generations, these devices share a common core design across all form factors, including mobile, countertop, and self-service kiosks.
Key Technical Highlights:
- Android 14 Foundation: Built on the latest OS with a commitment to future field upgrades.
- PCI PTS v7 Compliance: Ensuring the highest global security standards currently available.
- AI-Ready Design: Hardware optimized to work in tandem with Ingenico 360 for advanced data analytics and real-world use cases.
- Enhanced UX: The devices feature redesigned interfaces, including secondary displays, haptic feedback, and LED guidance.
“The excitement around our next-gen AXIUM range, especially the flagship DX8, shows how strongly customers value devices that combine great design with true enterprise strength,” stated Floris de Kort, CEO of Ingenico, during the unveiling.
Beyond Hardware: The Ingenico 360 Platform
Complementing the new hardware is Ingenico 360, a cloud-based ecosystem designed to simplify “estate management.” This allows businesses to roll out new services—such as stablecoin acceptance, digital identity verification, and loyalty programs—with unprecedented speed across their entire fleet of terminals.
Regional Impact
For partners like Hansab IT Solutions, the transition to AXIUM NextGen represents an opportunity to bring more flexible, “future-proof” payment solutions to the Baltic markets. Next few years will see a rapid decline in traditional, rigid payment systems in favor of versatile, app-based merchant tools.
