Hansab IT Solutions developed room booking and visitor management solution for Telia needs to both accommodate visitors and employee booking for rooms. The solution is based on Microsoft Outlook and multiple touch-screen tablets and proprietary software.
Employees can book rooms via outlook and see the occupancy of rooms through the use of room booking tablets. Visitors are managed through outlook invitations and on-site kiosks which register all arriving visitors and provide them with an ID and access to the office with QR-codes.
