Hansab IT Solutions developed a custom Booking Solution for Transportation Agency which is integrated with the world renowned Qmatic Orchestra queue management solution. Booking Solution allows end-users to book a specific timeslot for a specific service in selected branch to which an automatic Booking confirmation is provided. Booking confirmation QR-code can be used onsite in queue management kiosk to get a ticket for priority queue according to the booking. Transportation agency uses the booking solution to manage plans, bookable timeslots, and services in the developed toolset.
