Electronic Shelf Labels for room timetables at Tallinn Healthcare College
Tallinn Healthcare College is a nationally recognized applied higher education institution offering training in the field of health and well-being, with international recognition. The College houses multiple different training courses and classrooms which host daily lectures.
Hansab came up with a clever use case for Electronic Shelf Labels in which no complex data nor electric cabling was needed. Tallinn Healthcare College is using SES Imagotag Electronic Shelf Labels to display the college timetable on more than 50 rooms.

Hansab IT solutions developed a middleware application which fetches timetable and relevant room data from the national database Tahvel Edu and processes it so that it is usable within the Electronic Shelf Label software without any manual process.
The integration only manages data between Vusion cloud and Tahvel Edu. Vusion cloud software manages the ESL design and how data is shown onsite on e-ink technology-based displays. Tallinn Healthcare College setup mimics the typical retail store setup in which ESL would otherwise display product & price information.
